Flat-Pack Exhibition & Brand Desk — Laser Cut from 10 mm OSB
The STRATA Exhibition Desk is a flat-pack desk system designed for exhibitions, pop-ups and temporary workspaces where speed of assembly, portability and structural reliability are essential.
Laser cut from 10 mm OSB, the desk uses STRATA’s signature slot-together construction to achieve exceptional rigidity from a lightweight sheet material. Precision laser cutting allows extremely tight tolerances, meaning each component locks into place cleanly and contributes to the overall structural strength once assembled.
Fixings are intentionally minimal and precisely located. Discreet hex bolts engage with recessed captive nuts embedded within the OSB, allowing the desk to be assembled and dismantled repeatedly without wear. The fixings remain subtly visible, sitting flush to the surface as a considered expression of construction rather than hidden hardware.
The desk features large, uninterrupted faces to the front and sides, providing clean surfaces suitable for applied graphics, vinyl branding or cut logos. Internally, generous space allows for storage, equipment or integrated display elements, while curved internal profiles reduce visual weight and improve usability.
Despite its lightweight construction, the desk is stable and confidence-inspiring in use. When disassembled, it breaks down into flat panels for efficient transport and compact storage, making it a durable, reusable alternative to disposable exhibition furniture.

A lightweight, full-height work table designed for strength through structure rather than excess material.
Precision laser-cut from a single sheet of 10 mm sanded OSB, the Strata Work Table — Small uses an interlocking slot-together construction to create a table that is exceptionally stable while remaining easy to lift, move, and store. The carefully engineered leg geometry distributes load efficiently, delivering rigidity and confidence well beyond what the material thickness suggests.
At 900 mm tall, it’s ideal for standing work, layout, assembly, and studio use. The table assembles without fixings and flat-packs quickly for transport or compact storage, making it perfectly suited to workshops, shared spaces, and mobile setups.
The raw, lightly sanded finish highlights the layered character of the OSB, keeping the design honest, functional, and unmistakably workshop-made. This is the Small size in the Strata Work Table range, with Medium and Large versions coming soon, all designed to work together as a cohesive system.

Comprehensive mixed set of 27 commonly used 25mm impact resistant bits with 1x 60mm magnetic bit holder. Packed in a shock resistant case which will withstand the toughest of working environments.
• Formulated to absorb the torque peaks of highly powered impact tools
• Newly developed heat treatment process for longevity and performance
• Bit hardness is reduced at the body to withstand high loads
• Black phosphate finish for enhanced corrosion resistance
A single thread woodscrew mainly used in various types of timber and man-made boards or into masonry with the use of a plastic plug.
• Double countersunk reduces the likelihood of head shear and assists completion of countersinking
• Wax lubricated to enhance screw insertion time, extra driving torque and resistance to corrosion
• 40° deep single thread to provide a secure fixing with high pull-out resistance
• 25° sharp point and single lead for a fast start and improved thread acceptance
• All sizes up to and including 75mm are fully threaded and lengths 80mm and above all have 70mm thread length
